Membranes

Our specialty is precision parts with particularly good dimensional accuracy. With standard-compliant production processes and suitable material qualities, we also meet the special requirements of the pharmaceutical and food industries. In various sectors, for example, our pump membranes made of fluorocarbon rubber (FKM) are used. The parts, manufactured in large series according to customer-specific standards, maintain tolerances of only a few hundredths of a millimeter, thanks to high-quality formulations and specialized tooling techniques. Hydro-Stop membranes from Grahneis are used in backflow preventers in water fittings. The membranes made from nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) or ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM) are suitable for drinking water according to KTW recommendations and W 270.
