Layer Winding - WF 40

The WF 40 is a layer winding machine equipped with a double film discharge and an integrated wire discharge. The winding machine is designed for continuous production of transformer coil windings for high and low voltage measurement transformers. The winding can be done in various ways, such as: - Single and multi-layer - Reverse winding - Step winding - With different feed rates - Winding in cycles - Layer shortening This machine can be equipped with a seated or, at the customer's request, a standing workstation. The control elements are ergonomically installed for the operator. For easier operation, the foot pedal is designed in a triple pedal configuration. These are start speed, main winding speed, and reverse rotation. The film discharge is realized through special guiding systems. This prevents slipping of the upper or lower film and ensures precise alignment of both films. The application of the intermediate insulation is done manually with a pre-programmed length. Extensive accessories allow for optimal adaptation of this robust universal machine to any winding task, including rewinding. All parts of the machine are corrosion-protected. The drives have sufficient reserves to achieve the longest possible service life even under heavy operating conditions.
