IQF Frozen Organic Strawberries

The Strawberry, scientifically known as Fragaria Ananassa, is the fruit of the Strawberry plant, a herbaceous species belonging to the Rosaceae family. FRDP sources organic strawberries grown in open fields primarily from selected producers in Italy and Poland. Once received at the factory, the fresh organic strawberries are inspected, washed, stripped of stems, caps, and leaves, sorted, and then individually quick frozen (IQF).
