MSCPE/AF Collet Chuck with PET Collets - Standard Collet Chucks

Main spindle or sub spindle chuck for lathes equipped with a rear cylinder. It can mount expandable collets such as PE-PET, pointed, etc., simply by replacing the appropriate adapters. Mscpe chucks are made from a solid block of steel, hardened and tempered to 60HRC, and are fully ground to ensure maximum durability, precision, and balance. Mscpe chucks are designed with ISO-A (DIN 55026) and flange (AF) connections. The opening and closing of the expandable collets in the Mscpe chuck is done via a hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder applied to the rear of the lathe spindle. It is particularly suitable for gripping operations on the internal holes of tubes, electric motors, cylinders, etc. The adapter, made entirely of hardened, tempered, and ground steel, is mounted on the MSCPE chuck (or on another suitably prepared chuck). Its purpose is to hold the expandable collet.
