PRODUCTION LINE FOR MAKING FLANS - Caramel flan in plastic container with heat seal.

MACHINE FEATURES: • Production line consisting of six stations: o Tray loader. o Container dispenser. o Caramel dosing unit. o Cooling tunnel. o Flan dosing unit. o Heat sealing unit. • At the beginning of the line, trays are manually placed in the loader. • In the next module, the dispenser automatically places the flan containers in the different positions on the tray. • The next unit is a dosing machine that doses the caramel at a temperature of 170°C. • The trays pass through a tunnel equipped with several fans to cool the caramel. • Subsequently, we dose the flan. • Finally, the heat sealing unit for the containers. ADVANTAGES: • Automated production for large volume preparations. • Six preparations are completed in a compact space. • Safety in the work process.
