Whey Protein Concentrate

Milk protein concentrate (MPC) is a concentrated milk powder that typically contains 80% milk protein. It is produced from fresh, pasteurized skim milk through filtration and spray drying. The high protein content and low lactose level make this product commonly used in the production of low-carbohydrate foods and protein-enriched beverages. It can also be added to baked goods, desserts, cultured products, dairy drinks, sauces, and cheeses, among others.
