Pea Protein 80%

Pea protein is obtained from golden or yellow peas through dry and liquid processes. During the drying stage, the pea hull is mechanically removed and ground. Later, pea flour is recovered, and due to its water solubility properties, the proteins are separated by centrifugation and collected. The final product from pea protein is a beige powder with a clean taste.
