Sand Fusions

They represent one of the productions that have marked the history of Metal Alloys. Today, as in the past, the company takes the utmost care in the realizations that utilize this type of process. Thanks to technological development, the acquisition of equipment, and the training of highly specialized personnel, we are able to meet all customer requests regarding aluminum bronze castings, tin bronze, copper-tin-lead, copper, and aluminum. Production is focused on the creation of small/medium series and unique pieces. The standards provide for an average production of small-sized pieces of 2 kg, up to castings of 2,000 kg. We are capable of developing the entire technological process, from design to the production of the semi-finished product and the finished product. The production process includes both the "green" solution and the silicate sand method, using both manual and automatic molding techniques.
