Thermal Shields for DATAPAQ Reflow Tracker / PCB - With over 35 years of experience in the development and construction of thermal shields capable of withstanding 1200 °C and the use of insulating materials designed for the protection of aircraft black boxes, DATAPAQ thermal shields are built to endure the most challenging environments. They are made with microporous insulators. Robust yet lightweight, these thermal shields will withstand the temperatures of your processes, profile after profile.
The DATAPAQ Reflow Tracker thermal profiling system is designed to move embedded directly into the process for monitoring the evolution of reflow and wave soldering, as well as vapor phase soldering, selective soldering, and rework stations. This specific set, which consists of thermocouples, data loggers, shields, and the DATAPAQ Insight software, will allow you to reduce manufacturing lead times.
Maximum thermal performance: 280 °C for 10 min, 200 °C for 13 min (TB2065, TB2021, TB2068, TB2121)
