Thanks to the flexibility of the thermocouple cables, temperature probes can be precisely positioned within the product, on the surface, or in the ambient environment. The data logger is designed to withstand the most hostile applications in the food industry. Its waterproof rating is certified IP67 due to specific thermocouple connections that protect against steam and water ingress, as well as the usual cleaning requirements. The logger can store up to 8 profiles before a final data download. The DATAPAQ temperature control systems consist of high-precision data loggers for the industry, thermocouples, thermal barriers, and analysis software.
