In our facility in Zörbig, we develop and manufacture solutions for many industries such as the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, medical technology, optics, ceramics industry, and many more. For the highest accuracy, high material removal rates, and short process times, we have developed the innovative machine concept of the FLP HIGH PRECISION double-disc machine. The cornerstones of this innovative solution are a deflection- and deformation-free machine chassis made of granite, the use of highly damping materials, and wear-free special bearings with high long-term accuracy, the use of torque-stable separate drives, as well as thermally stable tool holders complemented by an innovative measurement system that integrates several individually controlled subsystems. The machines can be expanded with additional modules (automation, feed tables, filters, cooling systems, etc.) if needed. In addition to the production of fine grinding, lapping, and polishing machines, our mechanical engineering services also include the overhaul of machines as well as service and maintenance.
