Araldite 2047-1 is a cold-curing two-component adhesive based on methacrylic acid esters for bonding metals and plastics. Depending on the application method, Araldite 2047 fills joints with a width of about 5 mm. For many bonds, no elaborate pre-treatment of the parts to be bonded is necessary or can be limited to a minimum. The adhesive can be processed at temperatures of up to 40°C.
