In our video, we showcase the fully automated loading and workpiece removal of our laser cutting system M-800, including an automatic shuttle table system operated by a robot. Together with Lorenscheit Automation Technology GmbH, we implemented a solution for a typical handling task. A digital signal releases the table loaded with the new raw material. As soon as the processing on the second material carrier is completed, the changeover starts automatically. The new material is cut automatically while the robot removes the finished workpieces in parallel to the cutting process, without any downtime.
