WATERJET CUTTING - Cutting sheets with water

As part of our services, we specialize in cutting sheets with water. The parts we cut comply with EN 1090 and are therefore CE marked. We use water jet cutting for various types of parts, with dimensions not exceeding 2000 x 4000 mm and a maximum thickness of 200 mm. We utilize an abrasive water jet. We cut with an abrasive water jet at a pressure of 60,000 PSI, without introducing heat into the material, allowing us to cut not only steel but also stone: - Stone - Marble - Plastic - Rubber - Glass In the WaterJet method, which involves cutting sheets with water, a very high-pressure water jet is used—often supplemented by an abrasive. The jet is directed at the surface to be processed, making it possible to cut a shape with the desired dimensions.
