Eltex re-moistening systems have primarily ensured high-quality printed products on fast and wide machines. The WEBMOISTER 3000 provides higher quality products in all heatset printing machines. With a new nozzle concept, both light and heavy grammages can be precisely and homogeneously re-moistened at all common web speeds. The new two-fluid atomizing nozzles are capable of applying even the smallest amounts of water without generating wastewater. Due to the modular design of the nozzle bar, the WEBMOISTER 3000 can now re-moisten paper webs up to 3 meters wide. In heatset web offset printing, paper loses moisture during drying. The electrostatic re-moistening of the WEBMOISTER 3000 restores the water content in the paper after drying to the necessary level, thus ensuring high-quality products in all heatset printing machines.
