Underfloor Heating - Self-Regulating Electric Underfloor Heating Nano Heat

The Elbo-therm NANO-TECH heating mat consists of two wires connected by carbon heating rods. Carbon heating rods produce heat in an infrared-heated environment, which is perceived to be 2-3 °C warmer than it actually is. This allows us to save approximately 18% on energy costs. The radiant heat generated by infrared accelerates the drying of walls. Dry walls have lower thermal conductivity and release less heat, leading to further savings. The carbon rods contain a mixture of carbon and seven other elements. Thanks to this heating mixture, the mat has self-regulating properties. Its nominal power is 140 watts per meter, allowing the mat's power to gradually decrease to about 60 watts. Due to the effect that power is reduced with increasing ambient temperature, overheating cannot occur. This fact can lead to additional savings of 10-15%.
