Bending is a proven mechanical joining process, where body parts are form-fit connected to each other. This is done by folding a sheet in the flange area. Sheet bending is used in the automotive industry, for example, in the production of vehicle attachment parts.
Here, the ECKOLD bending machines offer a rational, cost-effective, and space-saving alternative to pressing tools and fully automated bending stations. The ECKOLD sheet bending technology is widely used in prototype and small series production.
The delivery includes a hydraulic unit HA 510-F.
Required bending inserts are not included in the device's delivery. These must be selected according to the respective task.
