The roll cutting system for unwinding/rewinding is used for paper, styrene, film, fabric and non-wovens, rubber, and other similar materials. The machine can operate with rolls having a maximum diameter of 1000mm and a width of up to 1700mm (other special executions available upon request). Maximum material width: 1700 MM (other special widths available upon request). The maximum diameter of the master jumbo roll is 1000 MM (other special diameters available upon request). Maximum diameter of the output roller: 420 MM. (Other special diameters available upon request). Speeds ranging from 0 to 120 meters per minute. (Other speeds available upon request). Rotary turret with two pneumatic spindles. Available spindle diameters: 1.5" or 3". The unwinding is adjustable with a pneumatic brake and a servo-assisted cylinder. Drive rollers with ceramic coating. (Plasma coating). Electronic winding tension adjustable via servo diameter.
