CST Stanztechnik was founded in April 2005 through a management buy-out from the insolvent microTec Feinmechanik GmbH.
We have machines with varying pressing forces available for the production of stamped, fine-stamped, and bent parts:
- Eccentric presses up to 100 t
- Hydraulic presses up to 100 t
- Fine cutting presses up to 160 t
Processing is possible for the following material dimensions:
- Steel up to 4 mm thickness
- Aluminum up to 6 mm thickness
- Length: up to approx. 100 mm, Width: up to approx. 70 mm
Additional manufacturing options:
Grinding:
- External cylindrical grinding up to Ø 125 mm and up to length 200 mm
- Internal cylindrical grinding up to Ø 60 mm
- Centerless grinding up to Ø 8 mm
- Surface grinding: Table size 200 mm x 600 mm
- Small drilling work
- up to Ø 10 mm
For the production of tools and fixtures or for the desired surface treatment, we collaborate with competent partners.
