The process of changing the vehicle title allows the new owner to register as the new titleholder on the registration certificate. You have a month to complete this process following the purchase of the vehicle, a gift, or the end of a lease, and to pay the corresponding taxes. The new registration certificate will be sent to you within 48 to 72 business hours. - Valid identification of the buyer - Cerfa form n°13750, which is used for the registration request - Cerfa form n°15776*02, which corresponds to the vehicle transfer certificate - Proof of residence dated within the last 6 months (in the case of co-owners, proof from the person whose address will appear on the registration certificate)
