Non-Centrifugal Sugar (azúcar no centrifugado) is a type of sugar produced without the centrifugation process to remove molasses. It is an unrefined sugar that retains many of the nutrients and minerals present in sugarcane juice. Common examples of non-centrifugal sugar include panela, jaggery, and gur. This type of sugar is used in various parts of the world to sweeten foods and beverages and is considered more natural than refined sugar.
