BeefSteaker - Meat Sampler

The BeefSteaker meat sampler is designed to manually cut a piece of tissue in order to take microbiological samples from the surfaces of slaughtered animals. The perforating crown is used manually. Meat sampler for taking bacteriological samples from the surface of meats in slaughterhouses. Slaughtering companies (slaughterhouses, butcher shops, etc.) are required to conduct regular microbiological analyses of the slaughtered animals, e.g., calves, pigs, lambs, goats, and horses, as part of process control and for monitoring slaughter hygiene. The samplers for taking samples from slaughtered animals are similar to a cork drill. With it, a round tissue sample of 5 cm² can be taken from the surface using the punching method (destructive method), also known as the cork drill method or excision. Diameter: 25 mm
