BR-50 AMS - Multi-Stage Equipment

A customized and adapted ultrasonic machine has been created to effectively clean the client's specific parts from all parameters of each basket. Additionally, an automatic loading and unloading system for the baskets has been implemented from start to finish, along with a data collection system for all basket parameters. This is an 8-stage ultrasonic machine, each equipped with a specialized solution for each step of the cleaning process. The entire process is automated using a robot to ensure adherence to deadlines. An electrical panel with a touchscreen is provided to control and monitor the installation. We have also developed a water purification and filtration system to produce and maintain the quality of water required by the client throughout the cleaning process.
