Rotary Die Cutting Machine - BSR 550 Servo with Sheet Feeder

In this configuration variant, the sheets are fed individually from the pallet feeder to the die-cutting area and punched using a rotating die plate. The maximum stacking height of the feeder is 100 cm. The lateral sheet alignment is achieved through a subsequent inclined conveyor with ball rails. The positional accuracy in the production direction is ensured by a positioning roller system, which allows the die-cut sheet to pass the die cylinder with extreme precision and without stopping. The inline configuration of the die-cutting machine with downstream machines such as folding machines, mailing systems, or packaging machines is the most efficient way to perform multiple operations in one step with high performance. The automatic removal of the waste grids while simultaneously breaking out the internal cutouts further optimizes production.
