This is an extra virgin olive oil rich in polyphenols, providing 10 times more antioxidants than conventional extra virgin olive oils. Our oil is sourced directly from olive groves through mechanical and cold extraction processes, unfiltered and with careful natural decantation to preserve high-quality polyphenols without degradation, obtained directly from the Arroniz variety olives at the precise moment of ripeness. Without reaching its maximum ripeness, it maintains all its aromas and flavors through mechanical processes and cold pressing. Thanks to the Arroniz variety, unfiltered and through a carefully managed natural decantation process, olive polyphenols such as hydroxytyrosol and oleuropein help reduce the incidence of various degenerative pathologies by protecting blood lipids from oxidative stress. 159 mg/kg, Oleuropein 94.1 mg/kg, Tyrosol 81.9 mg/kg, Oleocanthal 141 mg/kg.
