Olive Juice

This product is the aqueous juice extracted from olives and leaves, which contains high concentrations of polyphenols derived from organic olive trees and is made from the water-soluble part of the olive obtained during the milling process. It is then subjected to a pasteurization and concentration process to ensure the stability, characteristics, and microbiology of the product. The processes are carried out using mechanical procedures and in a short time, to avoid deteriorating the polyphenols. The olives of the Arróniz variety have a high concentration of polyphenols in their leaves and fruits. They are harvested at their optimal ripeness to keep all aromas and flavors intact. Suitable for consumption in appropriate doses by adding it to juices, infusions, and jellies of any kind at a rate of about 10 g per liter (one tablespoon per liter) and its inclusion in other foods and dietary supplements, by accredited manufacturers.
