Tray Conveyor

The components of the shelf conveyor technology have been specifically designed for the transport of sheet metal trays in various dimensions, with a load capacity of up to approximately 300 kg. The carrying element is a single roller chain with attached plastic clips. This results in a gentle and quiet transport. The drive is provided by a continuous shaft with a geared motor. The individual chain strands are tensioned separately. Reversing operation is possible. Small, roller-bearing chain deflections allow for longitudinal and transverse transport without changing lanes. There are also roller conveyors available for longitudinal transport.
