This sorbet will delight citrus lovers. It is the result of the meeting between Kalamansi, a citrus fruit native to Southeast Asia, and Sicilian mandarin. Kalamansi is characterized by its intense flavor and slight bitterness, which pair very well with the aromas of mandarin. A very fresh and refreshing citrus cocktail for hot days. Our ice creams and sorbets are crafted in our workshop according to our original recipes, using only noble and selected ingredients. We do not use any colorants or flavors.
