Sanalink : Hydraulic lime and natural light aggregate based fibre-reinforced mortar

Sanalink Hydraulic lime and natural light aggregate based fibre-reinforced mortar. It has high water vapor permeability characteristics, low bulk density (reduced thermal conductivity) and limited water permeability. Ideal for the construction of internal and external walls and masonry for new buildings, the renovation of existing buildings, green construction and the restoration of antique and monumental buildings. Sanalink has exceptionally strong water vapour permeability and adhesive properties and a particularly low elastic modulus. Its reduced bulk density makes it particularly advantageous in determining the thermal values of the masonry, thanks to the thermal conductivity values, inferior to conventional cement mortars or lime based. It has physical, chemical and aesthetic properties very similar to antique mortars and is composed of raw materials of natural origin. The combined use of natural binders, micro-fibres and light inert pozzolanic materials guarantees high quality performance in terms of ductility, chemical resistance and water vapour permeability. It can be used for brickwork, tuff, stone and mixed masonry walls and is therefore recommended for the restoration of antique masonry, green construction and, in general, quality interior and exterior constructions. Mortar used for the construction and rehabilitation of interior and exterior masonry in solid or perforated concrete blocks, perforated bricks, solid bricks, tuff, natural stone and stone blocks in general. Application surfaces must be clean, free of dust, contamination, crumbling, inconsistencies, etc., and adequately saturated-surface-dry with water. Add approximately out 2/3 of the mixing water to the mixer and gradually add Sanalink and the rest of the water until a homogeneous, lump-free mixture of the desired consistency is obtained. The required mixing water is approximately 12-16% by weight (approximately 3.5 litres per 25 kg bag). Application can be manual (trowel) or mechanized (pumps, extruders, etc.). Approximately 17 kg/m² of Sanalink for every centimetre of thickness to be implemented (approximately 1700 kg per cubic metre). Bag 25 kg
