KKF 4-SL - Edge Milling Machine for Contours

The edge milling machine KKF4-SL is perfect for chamfering, rounding, and preparing weld seams, even on small holes and tight contours, thanks to its wide range of tools. The universal and speed-adjustable edge and contour milling machine KKF4-SL features an ER collet system. Tools with a shank diameter of Ø6-12 mm can be clamped. Our diverse range of tools includes various solid carbide end mills and cutter heads. The solid carbide end mills are available for processing different chamfer angles and radii. When contour machining with the solid carbide end mills, ball bearings with Ø6 or Ø8 mm are used. Tapered contour mills are used in combination with optionally available guide fingers or stop rails. The use of cutter heads with indexable cutting inserts and guide ball bearings from Ø10 mm allows for maximum efficiency.
