We produce steel wire strands and ropes in the following constructions: 1 x 7; 1 x 19; 7 x 7; 7 x 19 - as well as any feasible special construction. The diameter range is between 0.09 mm and up to 1.8 mm. The thinnest wire we process has a diameter of only 0.03 mm! With an increasing number of wires, the flexibility of the rope and thus the bending fatigue strength is enhanced. 2. Braiding In the production of braided steel wire strands and ropes, we offer the following constructions: 1 x 8; 5 x 8; 8 x 8; and 16-fold braided. The diameter range is between 0.32 mm and up to 1.00 mm, with a special construction of 2.00 mm. These strands and ropes are square braided, resulting in low torsion! A typical application for such products is level measuring devices in the tank industry.
