Our DNA! Aromas e Boletos was founded in 2012; it is a young and dynamic company created from the passion of its founders for mycology, the environment, and sustainability. Our mission is to enhance the value of mushrooms and forests, developing products through biotechnology, with a special focus on mycology, applying techniques that allow for the ecological, sustainable, and socially responsible production of exotic and wild mushrooms. What do we do? Using the most modern techniques for developing mycelium, substrates, and mycorrhizae, we develop and market all products and services for the production of exotic and wild mushrooms. To achieve this, we have a highly motivated team specialized in various areas of intervention. By employing simple transformation processes for mushrooms, we create original, high-quality products such as dehydrated mushrooms with seaweed, honey, salt, oils, and vinegars, all flavored with the most delicious exotic and wild mushrooms, as well as our mushroom risottos with seaweed and wild mushroom risotto. How do we do it? We have a laboratory equipped with the latest technology for developing mushroom mycelium, substrates, and for research and innovation. In the forestry sector, being registered operators with ICNF, we market trees such as chestnuts, pines, cork oaks, and holm oaks that produce mushrooms. We also have a food area.
