Aluminum Pipes - Aluminum pipes manufactured using seamless or chamber-pressed methods

Aluminiumwerk Unna AG specializes in the production of aluminum pipes. The pipes are manufactured on-site using our extrusion presses. In principle, we can produce pipes using two different manufacturing processes: seamless extrusion and chamber extrusion. Both processes can be relatively easily distinguished. In the seamless extrusion process, the mandrel for the internal contour of the pipe is fixed in the extrusion die. In chamber extrusion, the mandrel is secured via support arms to the die.
