Rheology plastic injection simulation

The ability to produce compliant parts as quickly as possible is a real challenge in plastics processing. In order to better support its clients, ACPM has decided to use a precise rheology software specifically designed for plastic injection simulation: CADMOULD. Rheology is the science that studies the flow of matter. When applied to plastics processing, it allows for the simulation of polymer reactions in their tooling during their transformation processes. Rheological studies, combined with ACPM's expertise, enable among other things: - To consider different materials; - To envision new geometries; - To optimally place injection points; - To optimize the transformation process before testing; - To avoid part defects; - To evaluate the counter-deformations of the tooling.
