HATO®Safe Non-Combustible Filler

HATO®Safe is a non-combustible powder-based filler that is classified as non-combustible in fire protection class A1 EN 13501. HATO®Safe is mixed with water and hardens independently into an abrasion- and pressure-resistant as well as non-combustible filler. HATO®Safe is excellent for coating, for sculptural and fine sculptural work on various substrates such as polystyrene, wood, rigid foam boards, and plastics. The coating provides the models with tremendous strength, making them difficult to ignite. HATO®Safe is also ideal for sculptors' and artists' work and for all projects where fire protection is a priority. The drying time is 60 minutes. To increase strength, we recommend HATO®Safe Forming Mat 220g/m² or HATO®Safe Fibers.
