Our process which involves employing extreme heat during the stamping process, the brass becomes malleable, allowing for intricate designs and flawless finishes that stand the test of time. We use a closed die stamping system which involves using a set of dies (upper and lower) to shape metal parts. The dies are designed with cavities that match the desired part geometry. When the dies close, they compress the metal between them, creating the required shape. The applications of hot brass stamping are vast, catering to sectors such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and decorative hardware. The strong welded high tensile aluminium tubular frames feature magnetically retained spring loaded legs, a solid laminate wipe clean waterproof top in a range of woodgrain and plain decors and flock coated option. Shapes include circular, semi-circular, oval and rectangular which may be linked together to form boardroom or theatre style shapes. The unique features of this wide and varied table range is that they are extremely robust, lightweight and very user friendly, our 180cm round table only weighs 19.5kg and our 180 x 75cm 11kg. We believe Easylift to be the lightest around which has many benefits with less user fatigue when setting up and breaking down events together with trolleys for easy transportation and compact storage. Easylift suits most locations and can be found in the Hospitality, Banqueting, Educational, Office, Conference and Training environments. Components of the table may be recycled at the end of it's life. We also manufacture ranges of Lightweight Aluminium Folding Modular Conference tables with a chunky hollowcore top, Flip Top, 'T' bar and Swing leg tables.
