The business has two boats in build which will be completed via the current owner and sold (although offers would be considered seperately - they are a 43ft AD model and a 9.5M RHIB) What you are buying for the above price would be the assets, the part built boats would be by separate negotiation. There is a website (needing update) include free, UK bank account available, and limited company if required for a nominal charge to be transferred. These assets are personally owned by the current business owner and not subject to VAT, so the price quoted is the final price.
