Laser Cutting - Alpha's extremely versatile and efficient laser cutting machines can work in a range of material types and thickness' from mild steel to wood and plastic. The laser cutting machines have a table size of 4000mm x 2000mm. CNC Punching - Alpha Manufacturing's CNC punching facilities comprise of three Pullmax machines and one Trumph machine, each offering unrivalled process speeds. CNC Folding - Alpha Manufacturing has a range of forming facilities, each of them designed to suit differing product types.

An example of food markets is the product of Tortilla wraps and contact grill machines. Teflon belts are used because they offer non stick properties and will operate at high temperatures that are often required when cooking foods. The Teflon tapes and PTFE adhesive tapes we supply are all slit in house and often dispatch the same day as ordered. Our manufacturing facility is based in the UK however we ship to our customers on a global scale.
