...Our tomatoes are harvested at the peak of ripeness and traditionally dried in the sun. This process creates a naturally intense tomato taste — the perfect blend of sweet and savory flavors. Following the drying process, these tomatoes are cut into julienne strips measuring 1/4 of an inch wide and approximately 1 to 2 inches long. This makes them the perfect addition to brined jars, cold salads and sausages.

We produce roasted, dried, and IQF vegetables and fruits. Our product range includes roasted eggplant, roasted red pepper, dried tomatoes, semi-dried tomatoes, jalapeno, pepperoncini, banana pepper, harissa, sambal oelek, silver onion, artichoke hearts, olive oil, grilled zucchini, cauliflower pickles, and giardiniera. We can offer packaging in cans, PET, vacuum, and jars. We hold BRC and Ecocert organic certifications.
