Karsu began yarn production in 1973 and currently produces yarn from a variety of fibers such as cotton, Modal, Tencel, viscose, silk, cashmere, wool, linen, organic cotton, recycled PES, Refibra, and Smartcell, both in 100% and blended forms. The company utilizes technologies such as ring, airjet (vortex), siro, compact, slub, and core spun in its yarn production. It has a daily production capacity of 50 tons of yarn.
