Step: 2 minutes at 2700 rpm (735 g) 2. Step: 4 minutes at 2400 rpm (580 g) 3. Step: 4 minutes at 2700 rpm (735 g) 4. Step: 3 minutes at 3000 rpm (905 g) The device is centrifuged without stopping in this manner. After this process, approximately 1.5-2 cc of concentrated growth factor plasma is obtained just above the erythrocyte layer and is ready for infusion.
