The offered corrosion protection for the coating of metal and metal products ideally occurs at process temperatures between 280 °C and 390 °C through the perfect coordination of temperature, time, zinc powder, and additives, with the zinc diffusing into the base material. The resulting zinc-metal compound provides high wear resistance and deep surface protection without the need for additional layer application. The microcrystalline surface also offers an excellent base for further coatings or paint applications.
