The fine iron particles contained in the medium are attracted by the strong magnetic field and are separated from the liquid with the help of the upward-moving belt. Due to the high field strength of these magnets, an excellent filtration rate is achieved with high flow capacity. This allows for the separation of particles <10 μm in various applications (e.g., cutting emulsions from grinding machines).
