The high-bay warehouse, standing 7 meters tall, and the logistics area occupy a total floor space of 1200 m2. The spacious and bright office section, with meeting rooms and a kitchen (totaling 620 m2), is built over two floors. A basement is designated for the archive and the future laboratory.
