A pair of knives puncture the bag, and the safety ring closes and secures the dispenser. By opening and closing the sliding ramp, the flow and exact amount of required material are controlled. The unused material remains in the sack. WHEN TO USE IT? The hopper cannot take another full bulk bag. The hopper is empty, and there is only a small task to perform.
