... incidents that I cannot resolve via remote support are: - Those related to your PC's hardware (when an internal component fails, such as the graphics card, motherboard, hard drive…) - Those that require formatting or repairing the Operating System if you do NOT have a CD/USB for installation. If you have the installation CD/USB and the problem requires reinstalling or repairing your operating system, I can assist you over the phone. Once the system is installed or repaired, I can continue via remote control. Consult your case without obligation.
