It was racked after 15 days of fermentation/maceration, discarding the wine from the press. Tasting note for Kosher Herenza Crianza: Very deep cherry color, with a garnet edge. Very intense aroma, with ripe fruit, creamy oak, spices, and cocoa. On the palate, it is flavorful, meaty, with mature tannins and a very long finish. A great wine with a great future.
