The result of this ambitious and innovative project is a new product that we call Legumeat®, a meal with a meat-like texture, suitable for everyone, with an average protein content of around 50%. The product is presented in a dehydrated form, and it is prepared by boiling it in water with the flavor we wish to add. Finally, the product will be ready to be used in any recipe. It is suitable for those with celiac disease and vegetarians.
