HERDADE DOS TEMPLÁRIOS is a wine estate covering 30 hectares located in Valdonas, Tomar. The company QUINTA DO CAVALINHO - VINHOS, LDA, owner of HERDADE DOS TEMPLÁRIOS, began its operations in 1989. The estate cultivates a wide variety of grape varieties, among which we can highlight: Red varieties: Touriga Nacional, Aragonês, Castelão, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. White varieties: Arinto, Fernão Pires, Boal, Moscatel Galego, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Gewürztraminer.
