Laser cladding is performed under a protective gas shield. The diameters of the wires used start from 0.1 mm. We have a full range of wires for tool steel, aluminum, and beryllium bronze, which we use for laser cladding.

We have a modern and large machine park that allows us to produce parts of various shapes and purposes in large quantities. Our machines and equipment can be divided into 9 basic categories: - Stamping on presses (16T - 300T), - Bending (CNC bending machines for wires and pipes, as well as straighteners and cutters), - Welding (robots and welding equipment), - Spot welding (robots, spot welders, and welding tools), - Material cutting, - Material sewing, - KTL painting (cathodic dip painting in black: RAL9005 color), - Assembly (assembling seats and other parts).
